When you take the time to adopt a good diet plan you will be able to raise your metabolism so that your body works faster to get rid of fat. That means that you will be able to have a smaller belly and you will be able to eat foods that are healthy for you. When you exercise you will be able to help your body to burn fat from your belly faster than it can with a proper diet, so by combing these two things you will be able to lose belly fat very quickly and start feeling better.
